Our Process

At Ward Green Kitchens we understand that a project like a new kitchen is very important to our customers, we pride ourselves on punctuality and making sure we stick to deadlines. We aim to reply to every enquiry within 24 hours and to make an appointment at everyone’s earliest convenience.

When a traditional kitchen has been ordered we look to have this made within 15 working days. However, depending on the size of the kitchen and the individual requirements around plastering, electrical and plumbing work, this can sometimes take longer, but it is always discussed before any order is placed. In terms of hand made kitchens these require a 6 to 8 week lead time and depending on the finish (hand painting etc) this has to be factored in also.

All our previous customers fully understand why the lead times differ and are more than happy with the service we provide. We also provide a makeover service that requires us to re-paint your existing kitchen and these types of jobs are individually discussed around time scales that suit the individual.
